That's why quality is our first priority when it comes to envisioning, designing and building personalized solutions for our customers.

All throughout the development process we keep our customers and their consumers in mind. So, when we're engineering solutions, we use standard methodology to acheive success.

DEVELOPMENT

Discovery

We build solutions that are readily accepted and become useful everyday. Discovering essential requirements is the first step in our development process for learning expectations and how a solution may be developed to acheive the desired outcome.

Generally, our discovery process timeline ranges from a few days to a couple of weeks depending on the complexity of the program. And, with the goal of having captured enough information to envision a solution, we document our findings to be sure the scoping process is accurate.

Configure, scope & propose

With a general understanding of discovered requirements, we determine exact configuration and required effort to build, or re-configure a customized solution. Then, we draft a proposal document that summarized the configuration and scope of effort.

Build and test

Once accepted, we build the solution using our team of Information Architects, GUI interface designers, Programmers, Data and Production Engineers, and Quality Assurance Experts. Throughout each stage of development testing is done to ensure each component of the solution is effectively configured to meet accepted requirements.

DEPLOYMENT

Re-Test, launch & support

Once the solution is complete, all aspects of the programming, production, communications engine, transaction engine and quality assurance process are tested to ensure the solution is ready for launch. When the launch initated, our Quality Assurance and Customer Service teams are trained to be aware of any special requirements necessary to ensure successful delivery.
